Will Berger
President & CEO

Will is a technologist at heart working in the IT industry for over 20 years. In the early 90's, Berger spent much of his time architecting, building, and deploying the NeXT Software platform, designed for large financial and enterprise solutions, for companies like Resource Advisory, Invesco, Walt Disney World and MCI.
In 1998, Will founded PremierObjects, a software consulting company that specializes in helping start up companies execute their technology business plans. In 2000, he helped Ultigo design and deploy a high-transaction distributed marketing system that was able to process 24 million transaction in a 24 hour period.
In 2001, he co-founded iTendant, a web and wireless CMMS system for the commercial office and hospitality industry. The system is deployed in the majority of the Hyatt and Ritz Carlton hotels throughout the United States. In 2004, iTendant was acquired by Servidyne (SERV), a publicly traded company based out of Atlanta, Georgia.
Thereafter, taking the role of CTO at Servidyne, Berger served as technology advisor to the CEO and President and developed Servidyne's next generation hospitality and energy software offerings using the iTendant web and wireless platform. In 2011, Servidyne sold for $13 million to Scientific Conservation.
Will Berger co-founded Vodaplex in 2008, a self-funded, outsourced sales and network marketing company. Vodaplex generated over $10 million in revenue with a sales team in the thousands selling Vodaplex customers around the country, was in the top 5 resellers of CLEAR nationwide, and the top 50 DIRECTV resellers world-wide.
In 2011, Will and his team began an initiative to start the commercialization of Vodaplex's sales and marketing system.
In 2013, the Vodaplex marketing automation platform was officially launched as LeadOutcome. LeadOutcome is a sales and marketing platform that gives small business owners, entrepreneurs, internet marketers, and network marketers the same tools that Vodaplex used to achieve its remarkable results at a price everyone can afford.
Mr. Berger received his B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Georgia.
